COMMUNITY NOTICE: FOOD BOXES
The Social Department is once again distributing food boxes for the community. We’re asking for each household to complete the intake form to get an accurate number of individuals residing in your household to make the process easier.
The distribution of these boxes will be in December.
Please return the forms to the office before October 6th. Forms will be at the front desk and in this week’s newsletter. Download Intake Form
